Sauna Shirt

I just started wearing this during my power walk sessions and yes, it does make you sweat much more than you do without it. It's a little tight so I'd say it runs smaller than regular but for what it is, it doesn't matter. It isn't like I'm going to be wearing it to the grocery store or anything. Looking forward to seeing results.

I've worked out in this shirt more than 8 times and it's kept its original elasticity, and integrity of the fabric. I wash it on delicate and put it in the dryer on fluff/low heat with out any problems. The size I ordered was a small, I'm 175lbs and 5'6.5" tall. The included pictures were taken directly after me working out for 45min, from the outside you can't tell I was drenched but definitely underneath my bra was soaked and my skin was full of sweat beads. It takes me about 20min to get a good sweat on with this shirt. This is certainly worth adding to your workout wardrobe!

This sweat suit looks and feels very well made.I usually wear a 3x shirt so I ordered 3x, bit if fit like a stretchy large. The inner material feels reminiscent of a swimmers cap. I struggled to get it on and felt like I was vacuum sealed in a giant condom.It was tolerable, and I was drenched after walking on the treadmill for 30 min. However, it was so tight that it started hurting and chaffing my arms.If this was true to size, it would be an excellent product, but it is useless to me until I lose another 50lbs or so
