I've worked out in this shirt more than 8 times and it's kept its original elasticity, and integrity of the fabric. I wash it on delicate and put it in the dryer on fluff/low heat with out any problems. The size I ordered was a small, I'm 175lbs and 5'6.5" tall. The included pictures were taken directly after me working out for 45min, from the outside you can't tell I was drenched but definitely underneath my bra was soaked and my skin was full of sweat beads. It takes me about 20min to get a good sweat on with this shirt. This is certainly worth adding to your workout wardrobe!
I just started wearing this during my power walk sessions and yes, it does make you sweat much more than you do without it. It's a little tight so I'd say it runs smaller than regular but for what it is, it doesn't matter. It isn't like I'm going to be wearing it to the grocery store or anything. Looking forward to seeing results.
Sometimes you get these types of workout clothing and they are usually waaaay to small but this is actually true to size and quite comfortable. Does help with sweating. Gets a little uncomfortable if you're drenched in sweat but that's what it is for lol.
